Delete Your Account

How to request deletion

To delete your Betaware AI account and the data associated with it, email support@betindex.ai from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your chat history and any images you shared
• Your profile information (name, email)

Subscription billing records are managed by Google Play or the payment provider and are retained per their policies and applicable law. Cancel your subscription in Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.

Data retained

We may retain minimal records where required by law (e.g., payment/tax records) for the legally mandated period. All other personal data is removed.
